Steps:
1. If applicable, backup your existing databases.
2. Download by clicking the file above and save to your desktop.
3. Extract zip file. It contains a folder with dbd.exe and example db.
4. To execute, double-click dbd.exe.
5. To uninstall, delete extracted folder.
